1. User Accounts 

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. 
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 

Users agree not to engage in activities that: 
Harass, abuse, or threaten others. 
Involve fraud, deception, or impersonation. 
Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. 
Disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality or security. 

3.1 Payments 
All payments for tutoring sessions must be processed exclusively through our platform. 

3.2 Pricing Changes 

We reserve the right to amend our pricing and fee structure at any time. 
The most current pricing will always be displayed on the platform. We encourage users to review it periodically. 
We may update our pricing and fee structure from time to time to improve our service. To ensure you always have the latest information, the most current pricing will be posted on the platform, and we encourage you to check it periodically. As an additional courtesy, we will also strive to notify you of significant changes via email or platform message. 

4.1 Rescheduling 

Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time via the platform. 

Any change requests made within 48 hours of a session are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund. 

5.1 Student Cancellations (More than 48 hours notice) 
Students may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before the session. No fees will be charged. 
5.2 Student Cancellations (Within 48 hours) 
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a charge of the full session fee to compensate the tutor for the reserved time. 
5.3 Student No-Show 
If a student fails to attend a session without providing at least 48 hours' prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 
5.4 Tutor Cancellation 
If a tutor cancels a session, the student will receive a full refund. 
Tutors must notify the student and platform as soon as possible. 
Frequent cancellations may result in account penalties. 
5.5 Tutor No-Show 
If a tutor fails to attend a session without prior notice, the student will receive a full refund, and the tutor may face account penalties. 

6.1 Eligibility 
A full refund will be issued if: 
The tutor cancels the session. 
The session cannot proceed due to verified technical issues on the platform. 
6.2 Process 
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled session. 
Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days. 

7.1 Profile Accuracy 
Tutors must maintain accurate, up-to-date profile information. Misrepresentation may lead to account suspension. 
7.2 Session Delivery 
Tutors are expected to be punctual, professional, and prepared for all scheduled sessions. 
7.3 Compliance 
Tutors must comply with all applicable local laws and educational regulations. 

8.1 Participation 
Students are expected to attend sessions on time and participate actively. 
8.2 Communication 
Students are encouraged to message their tutor directly through the platform with any follow-up questions or constructive feedback to enhance the learning experience. 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including all policies herein, at any time. 
Users will be notified of significant changes. 
Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
